Entropy relates with how much randomness or disorder, zero disorder or zero entropy is minimum possible value and it occurs at perfect calm and quiet situation ie at 0 degree Kelvin temperature, where there will be no vibration of atoms , molecules or matter in general. Entropy is also defined as the no of information required to predict the state of the system. small entropy means few disorders. Finding absolute value of entropy is very very difficult , just like counting the no of stars in the sky. no purpose at all. but you can count no of stars dead or reduced , or no of stars added/created . hence entropy change can be positive , negative or zero during a process. Example below may help you understand more If u reduce disorder in your room (system) by cleaning your room , you increase the disorder of surroundings by putting that waste removed from your room. read less
