I want to know interview process of international call centre.

The interview process may not be the same for all the companies in the industry.

Because you mentioned an Internation Call Center, the standard process of interview is outline below;

1st Round - JAM(Just A Minute) : You might have to talk about yourself or a topic for a minute.

2nd Round - V&A(Voice&Accent) : This round will test your English communication skills and your accent to see if you are suitable for an internation process. NOTE : Your accent need not be American/British however you speech has to clear and should be understood when heard.

3rd Round - Aptitude Test : This could be interchanged with V & A sometimes.

4 Round - Operations : The Hiring Manager might talk to you and help you understand what you might get into if you get the job. At the sametime, the Hiring Manager will assess your confidence and willingness to thrive in that environment.
