I have been teaching since 1991. I hold an MSc Honours in Mathematics and a BSc in Mathematics Honours from Punjab University. I began teaching at St Stephen school in Sector forty-five, where I worked for two years. I was associated with RM classes for some time, but I left them because I wanted more than the quality of education I could provide. Later, I decided to pursue teaching individually. It is a better fit for my teaching style and personality.
Teaching has always been more than just a profession for me; it's a passion, a hobby. I enjoy teaching and strive to remove the fear of maths from my students. I teach mathematics to students in classes seventh to tenth and Math Olympiad in Sector 34C Chandigarh. I teach only offline because face-to-face interaction is crucial in building a solid teacher-student relationship.
My teaching approach involves a clear concept understanding, and I follow an interactive NCERT syllabus. I relate mathematics to real-life situations and provide exemplary classes to make the subject more accessible and enjoyable for my students. I also offer assignments, tests, and revisions to ensure my students understand the issue. I provide comprehensive notes to my students to facilitate their learning and understanding of the concepts. As a teacher, I aim to create a positive and conducive environment where my students can learn and grow.
