I have Teaching experience in school.

I am providing home yoga classes.

Teaching yoga for increasing flexibility, strength and stamina.

But Yoga is not about only physical exercise but it is deep practice of peace and calmness. So I am also teaching the technique and methods of meditation and deep relaxation through yoga.

In today's world life becomes very busy and people having so many lifestyles disorder, For the treatment of these yoga plays great role , I can teach my clients how to overcome the psychosomatic diseases by the practice of yoga.

I can teach Management of stress , depression , anxiety etc.. py the practice of yoga.
I'm also giving yogic counseling.
