I used to dance earlier, but I discontinued because of health issues. When I checked my skills with some dance steps, I was not satisfied with my body language. I think I have lost my skills, and I want to regain my past dance skills. Will I be able to do that?

Hi, Vipin don't worry. If you have a regular practice, you can regain your skills. Exercise will surely make you perfect. Don't demotivate yourself. Everyone has a separate style which cannot be copied. Go ahead with practice sure you can. God bless you!!

As a music teacher here in Chennai i would suggest you attend classes so can understand on ragas.
