I am a certified Soft Skills trainer with experience of almost three years in areas such motivation building, goal setting, body language influencers, confidence development, team building and positive thinking to mention a few.
My sessions ensure interactive, informative and activity based platform. The idea is not just to deliver the existing theories, but to customise them and identify potential applications of the same in lives of every trainee. Thus making the sessions fun and knowledgeable. The sessions are based on "Lets both of us fall and then rise to the peak together" philosophy. In other words 'Share and Learn'. I ensure the trainees have resourceful takeaways from the session.
I keep conducting workshops frequently for the age group 16-45 years on topics such as 'Attitude for Altitude', 'How to communicate better', 'How to stay motivated, ' Time management', etc.
My trainees have always given a positive and happy feedback about the sessions. Also, the unique 'Review Session' helps me understand their progress and thereby take things forward as needed.
I enjoy my profession to the fullest because its essence is to help people identify their potentials and motivate them to overcome the obstacles in the path of success and thus shine bright and achieve their dreams.
