I have been suffering from extreme backache for years now and recently I fell on stairs and then started... ...more
I have been suffering from extreme backache for years now and recently I fell on stairs and then started having tailbone pain. This has caused extreme pain to my lower back and due to this I can not walk for more than 10 min, can't climb stairs much, and also can not sit for longer hours. I had my diagnosis which says, I have low bone density problem and calcium deficiency. All together all these causing health problem and I am unable to do my daily work and have even left my job. Can you help me suggesting remedies? I have been taking some physiotherapy session as well but not getting much benefit.

Whether it is due to longhours sitting etc., Anyway, First you need to start a gentle stretches that too with some probes to stimulate some movement of muscles over the back bone area... ...more

Whether it is due to longhours sitting etc., Anyway, First you need to start a gentle stretches that too with some probes to stimulate some movement of muscles over the back bone area for 1 to 1.5 months, you can observe healing of pain. Then you can start of asanas related to lower back pain.
