Hi! I am a Cardiopulmonary Physiotherapist/Fitness Dance instructor and also Internationally certified Yoga instructor. I did my teacher training in Sivananda Ashram, Uttarkashi. I was introduced to yoga at the age of 5 by my Bharathanatyam teacher. I have been teaching traditional yoga for the past 2 years. I incorporate Rehab and yoga based on the clients assessment profile, we customise according to the clients health issue. My class is scheduled for 1 hour, we concentrate on Corrective exercises, asanas, pranayama, meditation and mental wellness. Join and experience the wonderfull ancient practice.
