"I had joined Inshape in the month of Oct 2013. Initially I felt some what difficult in doing my workouts but with the help of trainers at Inshape it became easy. Under the guidance of trainers like Mohan, Prasad and Arjuu I was able to shape my physique according to my ideal body measurements. Not only the training method but also the motivation given by Inshape and its members helped me to achieve such a great physique. Lastly I would like to thank Inshape and its team as it says ”The greatest pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do”"
