I have more than seven years of experience. I have pursued BSC, health and fitness, instructor course, fitness nutrition, and post-rehab course workshops. I have been a gym trainer for two years at Slam lifestyle and fitness centre, Chennai. Currently, I am providing group classes as a personal trainer. I am a State level Kttlebelt winner.

I was in Army and gave fitness and gave health a priority. I want to help others stay fit too. I am a Personal trainer providing training for weight loss, weight gain, strengthening and conditioning. My classes are conducted offline at the gym or at home as per students' requirements. The duration of the classes is forty-five minutes to one hour.

My classes are structured according to students' needs and comfort. The classes begin with warm-ups, practice sessions, and further training. My expertise is in Strength and Conditioning, Functional, CrossFit, kettlebell, and TRX training. I am a certified fitness Nutritionist and provide a healthy diet plan. I help my clients stay fit and lead healthy and balanced life.
