I am a yoga teacher trained to take yoga classes from beginner to all levels . I can take yoga class and meditation for fitness and stress relief, anxiety depression and sleep disturbances. I prefer to take online classes.I can make your learning easier and comfortable. I have been taking classes in yoga and meditation and the trainees give a very good feedback. I have also conducted some workshops with good feedback from the clients.

For drop in class : 200

One - One classes available slots

"Yoga session is very energetic and refreshing. The way she corrects the mistakes by taking photos on spot is a special touch so that it's easy to understand the mistakes. The relaxation done at the end of the class had wiped out all the stress which I had in my work. Feeling calm and relaxed. "
