I have completed diploma and certification courses in Yoga Naturopathy, Hata Yoga, and Prenatal yoga. I have more than six years of experience. I am currently working in the Core yoga centre in Anna nagar. I have trained more than fifty clients and resolved most weight loss and PCODs issues.

I have always been interested in growing my mental and physical health. I got interested in learning yoga. Yoga is a way to a good and healthy life. It helps us connect our Body, Mind, Soul and Energy. My classes are conducted individually, through online and offline modes.
My classes are systematically structured and well-planned. My approach towards classes is highly practical and interactive. I have trained people with PCODs and Thyroid issues and have helped them with a better lifestyle. I provide regular and monthly courses with classes conducted on weekdays. I understand and help achieve a healthy lifestyle for my students.
