I have always intended to walk an extra mile in whatever effort I take by strongly believing in exceeding the expectations. Four years ago, when I joined Barclays as a "Senior Customer Service Executive" I was hardly recognized as an individual. But when my manager gave me an opportunity to host a program on fun activity whereby I was cornered as a mere joker of the fun club, little did they realize that there's a 'potential' trainer hidden within. In spite of the fact, the road to becoming a trainer was not easy because of the challenges and of course the challenging people around me. I had to take various steps to ensure that my dream came true. The process of change started with a change in attitude, consistent quality performance, strong commitment, exceeding the expectations, punctuality in deliverables, etc. I always believed in doing things differently rather than doing different things and it strongly reflected in my attitude and approach towards my goal of becoming a trainer and finally here I am, a respected and an enthusiastic trainer who loves his job of mentoring future trainers.

I always believe in keeping things short and simple.
I am an easy-going person with a positive frame of mind.
I am a person who carries self-confidence within.
Though my childhood dream of becoming a cricketer was shattered, I didn't lose hope rather took the opportunities that came my way which I transformed into a success story.
I am not just a trainer to work within the scope rather I go all out in developing the complete personality of the trainees which gives me a sense of satisfaction thereby building a strong relationship with them.
Keeping in mind the average listening capacity of an individual, I manage to control the sessions by having various fun activities which makes the class interesting and interactive.
I believe that only a good 'Listener' can be a good 'Trainer' and I always have this in mind.
I make it a point to present myself in the best possible manner which best suits the occasion.
I give utmost importance to basics and ethics.
