Equipped with a Level 2 NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) fitness certification and recognized as a Bodybuilding Certified District Silver in Tamil Nadu, I bring both knowledge and practical expertise to the table.
My journey in fitness began during my school days, fueled by a passion for staying fit. Since then, my commitment to a healthy lifestyle has evolved into a profession aimed at helping others achieve their fitness aspirations.
I started my career as a personal trainer in 2017 at O2 Fitness Centre, where I honed my skills and worked with clients to transform their lives through fitness. From 2019 to the present, I've been working as a freelance fitness trainer at Slam Fitness.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of training over 500 clients. I believe in making fitness accessible to all, offering both online and offline sessions. Whether it's one-on-one or in small groups of 10-15, my sessions are designed to be practical, incorporating live demonstrations.
In our sessions, we focus on live, practical workouts tailored to your fitness goals. While I don't provide certifications, I offer something far more valuable – a path to a healthier, fitter you.
