Merchandiser: RK INDUSTRIES-IV (FEB-2020 To TILL NOW) ♦ Follow up and execution of The styles starting from development Costing to final payment.

♦ Preparing & reviewing the cost sheet & finalizing the cost with the customer. ♦ Preparing & Execution procurement of fabric/accessories against the order placed and ensuring a timely inflow of materials. ♦ Execution / Sample, Production Follow-Up. ♦ Reconciliation of materials & products after the final shipment against each style.

♦ Job Responsibilities ♦ Correspond and answer queries of International clients effectively and independently. ♦ Correspondence with the Foreigners Buyers & Buying House. ♦ Prepare Costing. ♦ Negotiate with Buyers Regarding Prices. ♦ Development of Fabrics, Samples and Accessories. ♦ Keeping All Samples and Accessories & Maintain Files. ♦ Co-ordinate & plan with fabrication, Procurement & Production Department.

♦ Follow up of Time & Action Plan. ♦ Maintain & update orders files & ensure incorporate time-to-time changes asked by the Customers. ♦ Prepare contracts and get the same validated and filed. ♦ Coordinate and liaise with the factory and buyers to ensure smooth cargo operations. ♦ Update information on customer orders. ♦ Making Shipment Records, Purchase Orders, and Buyer Records.
♦ Individual follow-ups of production & quality of the FOB orders ♦ Organizing tasks and duties for the warehouse staff. ♦ Identifying buyer-specific quality issues and developing, Costing & implementing solutions to improve the technical conformity of the product ♦ Troubleshooting at a stage of production and keep tracking the production plan to meet the proper time delivery ♦ Communication with the buyers & suppliers to ensure the quality of raw material, displays affecting quality, in-process materials and product.
