They motivate clients by collaborating to set goals, providing meaningful feedback, and by being a reliable source for accountability.

Online coach 2016-19

From 2016 -18 I worked as a trainer at Bharani gym
From 2018-19 I worked as a trainer at Muscle Macker gym
I learned bodybuilding training from S Bhaskaran for 4 years . In 2019 won the Arjuna award for bodybuilding for the first time in Tamil Nadu
I also give personal training to celebrities people's [ Vijay Yesudas, Vetri Selvan , Sathya NJ , Jayshree , VJ Vishal, Modeling and Serial Actress , Dr. Chef Vinoth Kumar .

Achievements 2018

Participated as an athlete in the 8th junior national bodybuilding championship.
