I completed Masters degree(M. Tech) in Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Computer Aided Design.
I have total 10 years experience in CAE and CAD in automotive design and 3+ years experience in CAE NVH analysis on Full Vehicle, Body & Sub-systems also 7 year of experience in structural durability analysis(CAD/CAE)&MBD of automotive components.
Expertise the NASTRAN, ABAQUS, LS-Dyna ANSYS workbench, in structural (linear, nonlinear), vibration (transient dynamic, Rotor dynamics, harmonic, spectrum analysis), Thermal analysis (steady state, transient thermal analysis & Coupled field analysis), Buckling Analysis, Fatigue Analysis (LCF, HCF) using NCODE 10 software.
And also 2 years of experience in modelling multi body systems (MBD), more specifically Vehicle dynamic models and establishing test rigs for Kinematics and compliance (K&C), Ride and Handling (R&H) analysis. Handy experience in MBD tools such as Adams and its Vertical product like Adams/CAR, Motion solve, and LMS virtual motion.
Building Full vehicle ADAMS models for analyzing driveline error states.
Interacting with Design Engineers for the validation of the driveline components
Provided extensive support to several product engineering groups at Chrysler Technical Center, AuburnHills,Michigan,USA for Front Suspension System, SubSystems & Components development for all the ongoing vehicle programs during the Liaison tenure from July2014 Sept2015
During my onsite tenure at CTC, got exposure to the new product.
