I train my clients to achieve their fitness goals such as 1.Weightloss and muscle building. 2.Injury specific conditioning. 3.ONLINE fitness. 4.Group fitness. 5.Bootcamps and corporate fitness. For achieving the above fitness goal I use the following fitness tools and ways. 1.TRX & RIP training. 2.Kettlebell. 3.Free weights. 4.Bodyweight. 5.CrossFit and bootcamp workouts. 6.More Each client will be given training from the above, clients can also choose which tool or style they want to train with me. All my clients will be given free fitness counselling and assessment also a free trial session. Training charges will be: 800 for single session. 5000 for 6 Weeks ONLINE plan. 10000 for 12 sessions per month Home visit. 15000 for 24 sessions per month Home visit.
