We believe the seed for good talent is sown right at the beginning – in the schooling system. But one that focuses not just on academics but on truly ‘educating’ a child; preparing her for value-based leadership and equipping her with the life skills beyond academics. In a sense, “covering ground AND cultivating it.”

We work with schools, children, parents, alumni and educationists to further these goals.

One of the big challenges with our education system is the lack of focus on “employability skills” and “entrepreneurial skills”. Our focus is on trying to plug this gap. For children keen on an employment career path, we help them become not just employees, but value-based innovative leaders. For children keen on the entrepreneurship path, we help them become passionate and creative entrepreneurs.

Other than the skills, we also believe that education includes a focus on ‘values’. The person who runs a red light today is not likely to have imbibed the value of responsibility and concern for others as a child. The same goes for the ‘educated’ person who cuts a queue, pays a bribe, disrespects women – somewhere the ‘value’ gene went missing. And if it isn’t put in at childhood – there’s a good chance it goes missing for life.
TalentEase operates in Chennai and Hyderabad and partners with schools to provide services to their students.
We also run programs at our corporate office on Harrington Road.
TalentEase has so far impacted close to 1000 children throughout its various programs since its inception in 2012.
Activity based learning is the prime focus here.
Facilitation is done by certified trainers with good experience in this field
We will be starting our at schools starting 3rd week of July and at the centre from 2nd week of July.
