Vishnu Self Defence

I am Vishnu P, a student of MSc. Physics branch at Madras Christian College, Tambaram. I am trained in Jeet Kune Do, Kung Fu, Bruce Lee's freestyle fighting technique which has taught me Self defense, survival techniques, fitness and balancing my stress.
The educational system of my training is based on the philosophical basis of the Jeet Kune Do and other Eastern disciplines, and its differential is the emphasis on training the foundation of each school student, developing a real framework for martial practice and personal survival, and corporal conscience, which seeks to prepare the adept not only for martial practice, but to re-educate him/her to help discover his/her natural potential and, consequently, to expand his/her physical and mental / spiritual capacity, improving his quality of life.
