Dance class are worth the money by teaching proper techniques and rhythmic and systematic steps of dance without any injury or damage to part of body.They take work out which increase stamina,strength and flexibility.One can learn proper techniques of dancing and enjoy the dancing.On the other hand by learning own does not get proper techniques of dance.There is no supervision and observation by teacher.The wrong practice leads to injury to body and pain.
