What preparation should I do as my daughter is going to Class 1 (CBSE) in Delhi from junior KG in Mumbai. I am too much worried for her studies as the syllabus and all is quite different.

Answer Hii, the first thing I want to tell you is getting worried is not a solution to any problem. As your daughter is going in grade 1, you can plan some activity-based learning. For instance, you can prepare flashcards of 2-3 letter words of Hindi and English language, and shuffle the cards and ask her to find out. Likewise, for Maths, you can do some fun rhymes.
If you teach her with the help of activities and rhymes, she will enjoy and catch it very fast. Go ahead.

Do not worry. A study has shown that a child, till the age of 17, can adapt to different syllabi. Do get in touch with the parents of children in phase 1 and also teachers teaching that age group. Get a brief idea about the curriculum and home train the child through fun videos, hands-on activities and interactive worksheets.

Don't worry too much. Nowadays, kids have their capacity and manage themselves if we correctly guide them. The only thing we have to do is practice them daily basic stuff, but should not force them. Allow them to take their own time to practice. As they are kids, entering newly to primary, takes more time. So our only duty is to practice them patiently and allow them to go at an average speed.

Try for Kendriya Vidyalaya; just go to the school one month before the time of admissions. They would give you form to fill online process and will convey you the necessary process also be the first one to take admission!
Ask her to practice on:
1- 3 poems Hindi English both
2- 2 stories in Hindi and English
3 - about "my self"
These presentations will help your daughter to crack any exam for class first level.
