Let ABCD be a rhombus-shaped field. For ΔBCD, Semi-perimeter, = 54 m By Heron’s formula, Area of triangle Therefore, area of ΔBCD Area of field = 2 × Area of ΔBCD = (2 × 432) m2 = 864 m2 Area for grazing for 1 cow = 48 m2 Each cow will get 48 m2 area of grass fie...

Let ABCD be a rhombus-shaped field.

For ΔBCD,

Semi-perimeter, = 54 m

By Heron’s formula,

Area of triangle

Therefore, area of ΔBCD

Area of field = 2 × Area of ΔBCD

= (2 × 432) m2 = 864 m2

Area for grazing for 1 cow = 48 m2

Each cow will get 48 m2 area of grass field.

A=pq/2 area of rhombus p=48 longer diagonal, q= ? shorter diagonal q=2*((30+24)*(30-24))^1/2=36 A=48*36/2=864 sq m total no of cows = 18 so each will graze around 864/18=48 sq m

Let PQRS be the rhombus shaped field and QS be the diagonal. ∴ area of the triangle QRS = √ 54 × ( 54 - 30 ) ( 54 - 30 ) ( 54 - 48 ) = √ 54 × 14 × 14 × 6 = √ 2 × 3 × 3 × 3 × 7 × 2 × 7 × 2 × 3 × 2 =...

Let PQRS be the rhombus shaped field and QS be the diagonal.

∴ area of the triangle QRS

= √ 54 × ( 54 - 30 ) ( 54 - 30 ) ( 54 - 48 )

= √ 54 × 14 × 14 × 6

= √ 2 × 3 × 3 × 3 × 7 × 2 × 7 × 2 × 3 × 2

=  2 × 3 × 7 × 2 × 3 = 252m²

∴ area of the rhombus shaped field

= 252 × 2 = 504m².

30*48/2=720 720/18=40, i.e each cow will get 40 of area to grass.
