we know from our experiments that, the element attained octet ( Noble gas configuration) is always stable. but why 8 is the stability no....why not any thing else..what is the physical/ electric reason for that

The requirement for stable form is to attain Octet, the elements which are not having octet configuration willing to attain it, according to the requirement of electron if less those try to get some other element and which are having more ready to loose their electrons this process is nothing but reactions. One general example gas flow high pressure to low and water up to down for stability, not only elements everything that exist in universe try to attain stability. read less

stability that every element want to achieve

Every element wants to achieve stability which is possible only when they got fulfilled outer most shell thats why elemennt wants be have noble gas configuration. In fulfilled outer most shell they neither accept or donate electron and are almost unreactive and highly stable.

octate can be attain by sharing of electron to have 8 electron. Octate rule is not so far use now days because there are lots of exceptions like maximum number of coordination compound does not follow it.
Comments

Noble gases have maximum number of valance electrons that their outer shell can hold. Hence they attain near stable state. Whereas other elements have less electrons in their outer shell than it can hold hence they react to achieve stable state.

In an atom there are various shells i.e k,l,m,n etc these shells have various occupancy of electrons given by formula 2*n*n where n is principle quantum no. Hence in k shell there can be maximum 2 e-,in L shell 8e-and so on. when these shells are filled then the atom becomes stable by completing octet...

Every gas want to attend stable state after loss or gain of electron to complete there octate(8 electrons in outer most orbit)

To attain stable configuration of electron distribution in the atom

In order to minimise the combined energy of system. Bonding (such as co-valent, ionic) etc make them to attain octate.
