Disguised unemployment exists when the labor force or the workmen are left without work or may be working in a redundant manner . In simple words this kind of unemployment is said to exist when we need only 5 people to work but actually 9 people are working ; so the remaining or additional 5 are said to suffer disguised unemployment because there absence or presence makes no effect on the productivity .
