Total no. of letters - 13 , repeated letters- M 2 times, A 2 times , I 2 times , S 4 times . number of ways to arrange = 13 ! / (2 ! 2 ! 4 ! 2 ! )

If the letters were different the answer would be 5! simply but here 2 letters e's are identical. If I am taking five factorial we have repeated the word many times and that is how many times a particular letter occurred in the word but we have one letters 2! times hence we are dividing 5! by 2!...Same logic can be extended...I hope you understand...
