Lasya

Guru. Kum. K. Sandhya, Daughter of Smt. Saroja Kennady and Sri. Kennady has completed her M.A, B. Ed and M. Phil also pursuing Ph.D in Tamil. She learnt Bharathanatyam under Guru P. Ganapathiappa for two years and she came under the tutelage of Guru Smt. Meenakshi Sagar in 2009.

Adding to her credits she has completed her Diploma in Bharathanatyam and Teachers Training in Bharathanatyam in Tamil University of Thanjavur.

Sandhya had her Nattuvangam Arangetram (Percussion accompaniment in dance) at Coimbatore in Sep 2010 and is titled “Laya Aradhika” for the same. Also she had her Bharathanatya Arrangetram at Coimbatore in Jun 2014 and is titled “Nirthya Aradhika” for the same.

In addition she is running “Lasya Natyalaya” at Coimbatore and is teaching Bharathanatyam for many interested students.
