If your mother tongue is Kashmiri, try to relate small small words in Kashmiri Language with its relevant meaning in English Language. Search in Dictionary, use Google Translate to check for words if you are not sure. Right or wrong, start speaking in English, using whatever words you know. Slowly read small small stories in English, try to find their meanings and try to reproduce the same story in English with your own words. To speak English fluently, first start speaking in English whenever you wnated to speak, gradually you will get that fluency.
