Sudha is an electronics and communication engineer and, has also done several software programming courses. She has an analytical bend of mind and tries to inculcate the same in her students as well. She has taught software programming in various engineering colleges in the past and, decided to become a Math teacher when she came across this program while researching on the internet.

She started the centre with 5 students and her daughter also decided to join in. After getting very positive feedback from all of them, she has become confident about taking more students in the centre. She enjoys building the conceptual base of her students in math and, they also love her style of teaching. She continuously updates herself by reading various books and passes on the knowledge to her students, whenever possible.Sudha believes that as a teacher her primary role is to pass on knowledge and information to her students. She feels that the Math program is really good for students of all types since it allows them to learn at their own pace. It gives her enough space to allow the students ample time to observe a lesson before moving onto the next one. This tremendously helps every student, especially, the slow learners.
