I have been teaching

from home many years now.
Bit of history:
1) Have worked for ILM (Institute for Language Management) for a short while. It started me off in this field. (Till then I was teaching Software and Maths)
2) Have volunteered for Isha Yoga Centre as a local communication in charge for over 3 years. This has made me open and caring enough to see what exactly a student wants, what is his capacity and potential and design a course that suits him best.
3) Have had a natural flair for the language and have been a voracious ever since I can remember.
All these combined with my creativity sense of humour my classes are both useful and enjoyable.
Apart from teaching English , I have authored 3 books and a few blog posts in Tamil , and can teach Tamil also.

I am a native Tamil speaker. Right now 8 students are learning to Speak , Read and Write Tamil from me. I try to understand the issues other language people have in learning the language and regularly refine and fine tune the ways I explain and the exercises I give , to help them understand better and become comfortable with the language.
