Vocabulary can be quickly learnt through word roots. The root of a word can help to acquire 10 to 15 words in a short duration. The etymology of words is another method to improve learning words effortlessly. The connection between vocabularies can be made through Etymology at quick succession. Regular practice of learning and building on vocabularies can help in improving one's language.

To communicate well in a short period of time.Firstly, Start talking in English about very basic things such as colour,favourite food,Favourite teacher all.Then start using some new words in your communication one at a time.For a day 5 new words can increase our vocabulary list.After this give situations and start talking like for example sad,happy all.These techniques will definitely help in a very short duration.

I would say developing a language is not that tough as it looks.A person who struggles in english can do this.They can start by communicating about their day to day activities or talking about very simple things like favourite colour,favourite teacher all.By doing this they can learn to start communicating.It can start with 5 small sentences to form a topic and later it can be improvised.Doing this on a daily basis may improve their habit of talking in english.
