Creating a sales plan in and sales plan quota for districts in support of national objectives. Devise trade promotions taking into account the issues and the motivations of regional and district sales team. Oversee implementation of these trade promotions, tracking, and evaluating trade spending. ** Manage the job knowledge of the entire sales team by organizing and creating educational opportunities; associations with professional publications and maintaining relevant networks. ** Reporting: Ensure that all company policies and regulations are adhered to. If there be a need for revision of policy or a case for making a new policy, to report to the Managing director and raise the matter at monthly MIS meetings.
