Your answer is in your question itself as you said to have interest in dance then you should not think much of you are interested you can learn dance easily all you need is to be dedicated to learning no matter you are confident enough, or not confidence can be achieved slowly by learning dance. I am a senior dance choreographer and have been in this dance field from last 25 years from discovering to teaching. Everyone has the first day so as mine was I was tiny when I found the first step of my life and I was not confident about myself, but I have achieved it and successfully become a senior choreographer, so learning does not need confidence it will come by time so go and learn with your interest happy dancing stay blessed

Dance is a form of art that does not have a specific boundary which defines who can and who cannot do it. The only thing you need is the desire to learn and the will to do it, no matter what.
