I really like the question as I want to ask on the same if it is your inner souls determination to have that job as a passion or it is on-demand as I am a Mtech in biotech on demand and had a job with package of 5.15 lakhs, but it was on-demand....now I am jobless and working on my dream as choice though I don't earn now have satisfaction for doing what I want to have it so all, it carries along stress, frustration and a question in head for why I am doing what I am doing.
