I am certified professional yoga teacher from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Haridwar 2012. Right now I am doing PhD from Yoga. Since 2012, I have been teaching yoga for 8 years. Meanwhile I worked as a Yoga instructor at Dev Sanskriti University for 2 years. After that 1 year worked as a Yoga therapist at Arogyam Yoga and Naturopathy Center Dehradun. I am currently working in the post of Yoga teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. I am also running Tapovan Yoga Center. I have trained 400 to 500 students in these past years. Many of whom are doing jobs and some are running their own yoga centers. Most people have got rid of their disease. Seeing such people healthy, the mind is very happy and I consider myself lucky that I got a chance to study yoga.
