Aakash Denis

I am an ACE Certified personal trainer. I'm from New Delhi, India and in this profession from 2014. Though my bachelor's degree is from Commerce, my passion was always for Fitness, so I chose this path and took my Certification as a personal trainer. I started doing work out in 2012, and in 2014 I realised that this is what I wanted to do as it made me happy and satisfied, so I started training in a Gym as a general trainer. Then in 2016, I studied for ACE (American Council on exercise) and after completing the course. I continued my study and started as a freelance personal trainer giving training to clients at their home or their preferred place. I design training based on their goals, fitness level, medical conditions, time availability etc. and give customised workout plans which suits your lifestyle. So I appeared for the exam and met the standards that ACE needs for a personal trainer and passed. I'm also Cpr and Aed Certified from Indian Red Cross Society. I love studying more and more to gain knowledge from whichever trusted source available through which I can help my clients to stay healthy and fit and help them meet their goals.
