if we go on adding sugar to water then a level will be reached beyond which no more sugar could be added. then we have to heat the mixture on stove. then we can dissolve more sugar. if we dissolve more sugar and allow it to cool then the extra sugar added after heating will no longer stay in dissolved... ...more
if we go on adding sugar to water then a level will be reached beyond which no more sugar could be added. then we have to heat the mixture on stove. then we can dissolve more sugar. if we dissolve more sugar and allow it to cool then the extra sugar added after heating will no longer stay in dissolved form but will separate from water. we will get pure crystals of sugar. this process is called crystallization.
