I have completed my M.A. in Yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University. I have two years of experience from Rishikesh. As a Hatha yoga instructor, I have conducted offline classes at Buddha yoga shala for about three hundred hours in batches and at Aradhana Yoga Shala. I have also pursued a Diploma in Yoga.

I had always wanted to grow my mental and physical health. I got interested in learning yoga and started learning in 2019. I have four years of expertise in learning and began teaching yoga. I teach hatha yoga with proper alignment and adjustment. My classes are conducted online and offline modes. According to the requirements and comfort of the students, the timings are adjusted from one hour to one and a half hours.

My classes are systematically structured and well-planned. My approach towards classes is highly practical and interactive. My intro video is available on y profile. I prefer to have discussions about clients' needs before starting the classes. My classes are flexible, and I often customise them according to the client's requirements. I have helped a lot o my students to lead a healthy life, and I would love to guide many more people through it.
