Yes, it is recommendable. But As CA course needs more time, so better go for correspondence bachelor programme which can be done within a year after qualifying CA Intermediate and also the common subjects are exempted.
Now coming to your second question. You should better go to the coaching centre. It is advisable because of two reasons.
1. You can get your query resolved at the moment.
2. There will be many friends with whom you can discuss your preparations. Plannings and strength and weakness. So, That will ease your journey of CA
If you want to do online coaching, then you should have a stricter routine and better focus
