IdentityI admire fit people hence try to stay healthy as much as possible. I used to be overweight (131 kg reached in 2014) with a 46-inch waist, and that's when I realised it was high time to change things, so I started working on myself.
I had lost +50kgs in 2-3 years and observed a significant change in my life. I've realised that I can help others by doing the same as obesity is nowadays a trend, so I want to break it.
