It depends on your surrounding. If your surrounding is English, you will learn to speak in English without translating from the native language. But if your surrounding is non-English speaking then at the beginning you may need to take help of native language. With the practice, you will able to fasten your thought process and later you will able to think in English directly.
Secondly, How to think? It's an art. We teach students the art of manipulation of your thought process and break down the whole thoughts in simple sentences and then converting your ideas into words or sentences.
