Overview

I have been working in education industry for 6 years. In this time I have served the industry in various forms- by taking personality development classes, confidence building sessions, honing public speaking skills, organising various events for the same, so on and so forth. Teaching classes IX -XII has been my major. So far I have worked in Maxfort and G D Goenka School.
I take personal yoga classes, yoga therapy classes, meditation classes, power yoga classes, full body stretching sessions, relaxation sessions, yoga classes for a better life style. Understanding a person's body first and then training him/her is my way of teaching. I have trained people with different problems like obesity, back pain, hormonal imbalance, PCOD, blood pressure, cervical pain, knee pain etc.

I have been teaching English for past 7 years. I did Masters in English from Jesus and Mary College, DU. Then I completed Masters in Education. I lay emphasis on student's imagination, and not on cramming. This helps the student in long run.
