Jharna has done her Double Post Graduation in Yoga Education and Therapy from Kaivalyadham Yoga Institute, Lonavala and Lal Bahadur Shastri Sanskrit University along with number of teacher training courses from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga. Jharna is a certified YCB LEVEL - 2, Wellness Instructor and YCB- 3 Teacher and Evaluator.
Other than the above, Jharna has 7 years of experience in teaching yoga in Delhi. She is an expert in Ashtanga, Hath Yoga, Vinyasa, Traditional Yoga, and Prenatal- Postnatal,
Jharna has depth knowledge of Patanjali Yoga Sutra which she teaches to her clients to help them applying in their daily lifestyle.
Jharna has considerable experience in weight loss regimes, helping clients in gaining stamina, general fitness, and stress management, and in teaching breathing exercises, traditional Pranayam techniques, Kriya Yog, Meditation and Mental Health Coach.
