Which is correct “these people” or “this people”?

'These people' is correct (plural). Whereas if you want to use this you can say 'this person' here we're talking about one person not many people (singular)

No. Its ' I did it' present tense.

Yes. Grammarly in very common. Also AIs like chatgpt. But nothing replaces a teacher
