I have done bachelor's in english honours from delhi university, a diploma in yoga vidya and philosophy from bhartiya vidya bhawan. 200hours ttc and 50 hours foundation course from Morarji desai national institute of yoga. I have taught in KHMS as a yoga teacher, has been working as a freelancer for 3 years now.

I have conducted group classes, personalized yoga sessions, took webinars with kids to promote active lifestyle and healthy eating and through yoga have worked with people from 11 years to 60yrs, I practice meditation and make sure to include a fine minutes of pranayama in yoga sessions as it rejuvenate the mind and body.
