Learning by yourself is a great Idea , as there's a lot on internet. But having a good teacher is important if you're just starting, because base is everything and if you learn right things wrong way it'll harm your future progress. Else still you don't know how to do it so checkout some great guitarists and follow their footsteps.

It costs 0 to learn guitar in the Indian Currency. There's alot on Internet. But If you're starting to learn, you'll need to have a teacher who should have a good knowledge and most important, really good experience in playing. Only he can teach you to grow right way, else if you practice right things the wrong way it only harms your future progress !
