I won't take you round and round over such a simple and essential question. Although, doing anything with English or related English will help you to build a good as well as strong vocabulary. But if you are on the initial stage and looking for something most straightforward then find out some common words which you often use in your daily life. Search that you know the word which you are looking for? In this process, you could use a dictionary or google to find out the exact and appropriate term. After this step, use those words in the sentence. Repeat this process honestly and gradually enhance your words searching limit per day. You can start with five words.

How much are the charges per hour to teach spoken English to a group of 25 students between the age of 16 and 19 . They are from the vernacular medium.

Your question is reasonable but rate can't be decided and declared without knowing proper information like distance and size of batch. 

And as you are talking about batch of 25 students and from middle class family so i recommend 800 per month of individuals. Which will be comfort and payable for students.
