"I have been taught 6 months from Sanjay sir. It's amazing to experience having these classes. I started personally for 1 month later he has given me online training for yoga and home exercises. The wonderful thing is that you don't need to go anywhere for this training, do it your home at open space. And if you get the right guidance you will feel a miraculous change in body and mind. Thanks for this transformation Sanjay sir. Kudos. "

"I was doing a 180 hrs Online Teacher Training from 1 August 2019 to 30 January 2020 and I loved the high quality of teaching. Sanjay teaches Yoga/Pranayama and Reiki very well and I learned to laugh a lot. I could deepen my Asanas knowledge in Ashtanga class and it was really inspiring for me to learn Yoga Philosophy from him. Sanjay explains the Asanas technically very good. I can highly recommend this place if you want to deepen your Yoga Practice. "
