I am a Hospitality and hotel management graduate in way back 1991, I was in the Hospitality Industry Operation first half of my career about 15 years in India, Delhi and my International Experience was in Gulf and Europe. In the second half of my career, I am in Teaching, Training, and last six years in skill Development with the sector skill council for skill development of underprivileged youth and help them for employment or entrepreneurship. I am a well-traveled person, Traveled most of the part to India and 7 countries around the world. I taught students for about 10 years, so you can guess about a few thousand students up to University level are established around the world and still in contact with me and love to call pranam guruji in our Indian style. I hope I am capable enough to coach them to perform in their life by experiencing competency-based training. So they remember, realize, practice, and become successful in life. Many awards, appreciation, and recognition I got throughout my career of 30 years. Like in Rai University I was promoted and added responsibility of Placement, Berggruen Education promoted to Head Academic and Placement of 25 academies across the country, got best employee awards with a token of Air conditioner, and in Skill India mission my if check my LinkedIn profile you will get to a good number of awards I received from different Ministries. My teaching style is very simple, natural with practical honest experience of my life. That helps students to understand easily and can remember in life. My satisfaction comes when my efforts of competency are transferred to students' minds for their betterment, otherwise, it is of failure from my side I count. So keep on trying based on the type of students I get. Once I got one European and Student from an interior village of Bihar. Both are established in their life now.

Due to this, I love to teach because I can create the result that makes me excited and attract more and I get more interest ultimately get the best mental satisfaction. I use all basic online tools and technology and develop practice, as I do in-classroom training more of visuals, whether videos, Photos, attractive power points, activity, games to make the session interesting and fun learning. I always try to help my students in a one-to-one way because every individual is unique and based on that this is how my training can bring better results. If my students are happy and satisfied my job is done.
