Most of the law colleges have taxation law as a part of their curriculum but it's more of a theoretical subject there but when you do masters there you can specialise in the field you want.
Taxation law is taught in an elaborated way in B.com(hons) where it includes both theory and practical .
There are always certificate courses available for any particular field of law you want.
